News-Kongratulations to Kelly Dakin - She represented the Central Koast at the 2011 Triathlon National Championships. This is a meet a triathlete must qualify for in order to attend. Kelly is certainly on course to receive the status as an "All American". More results information here.

News - On Saturday, September 24 all cyclists, skateboarders, horseback riders and hikers coming from various rally points around North County will converge at Atascadero Lake Park near the bandstand for the Local Grown, Native & Natural Pot-Luck Lunch from noon to 2:00 p.m.
