Run News:
Poly Canyon Run on October 4. Meet at the Cal Poly Mott Gym front entrance at 8:00am. Run the entire canyon loop (approximately 8 miles) or just a portion of it, out and back. We can go for coffee/breakfast downtown or just go home. I will being some refreshments for immediately afterwards.

Kim Lacey placed 2nd in her age division in the Marianne Talley 10k with a Personal Record(PR)of 1:01. That is K-riffic!! Kongratulations Kim; and now we have that "60 minutes to Bust"
