News - Kongratulations to team members, Jon Souliere, Kelly Dakin, Cheryl Journey, Jana Rawister, and Cindy Gilbertson. All did well at the Morro Bay Triathlon on June 5. It was a bit cloudy but not raining. There were 175 participants in this event which included some competing in the kayak, bike, run - Triathlon. Another interesting tidbit is: Cheryl and Kelly were only 6 seconds apart at the finish.

News - Sunday we had a foursome of fun, fantastic, and fearsome Team K-Man members frolicking around Atascadero for about 6 to 9 miles. We all had a great time doing something out of our normal routine to "Bring it on" together. See photo...Left to right: Nancy Prier, Christie Dubach, Robyn Schmidt and Doug Conner. News - Founding Team Members, Kass Flaig and Glenn Ohler, are raising funds to help in the pursuit of a cure for Neuroblastoma, a devastating pediatric cancer. Their goal is to raise $50,000 to help researchers find a cure for Neuroblastoma. Their plan is to raise funs while training for and racing in the Arizona Ironman Triathlon in November, 2011 (2.4 mile swim, 112 mile bike, 26.2 mile run).

news - Swim Meet July 8, 9, 10 - KMAN MASTERS! The UCSC long course championships are just around the corner. If you would like to swim at this meet, there is fun and inexpensive on-campus housing offered. The price is $38.45 per night. Bring your own linens or sleeping bag. Bring cash, check, or money order to pay upon arrival. You need to email Susi and let her know you want a room with KMAN Masters. news - Trans Tahoe in July - Interested in swimming Tahoe in July?? There is a group looking for 1 - 2 people that may be interested in swimming. July 23rd, No wetsuits, Swim 30 minutes, then relay 15 mins, then every 10 mins until finish. They are looking for people that are fun and somewhat good swimmers with open water experience.
