•Ride: Saturday, 02/14/90 - Hoping as always for a break in the much needed rain, let’s meet at Kman at 8 am and make it simple… Let’s head south to Santa Margarita take the left on 58 and ride, ride, ride till we reach La Panza (23 miles) where we will also go left to 41 (37 miles) to the Creston Store (39 miles) for refreshments. Then home by way of 229. A 60 ish mile ride. For a longer ride we can ride back out O’Donovan and then right on 58 back to Santa Margarita.
•Last Saturday’s Ride: The rain last Saturday brought out the creativity in all of us…some of us went to double spin classes (Peggy and Mike), others found the sun in Templeton while it was raining in Atascadero (Paul A. and Mark G.), others went shopping (Bernice and Louise), others met at Jobella’s to commiserate (Dave S, Peggy, Mike, Sue, Bernice, Kristin, Doug C., John L., Glenn, Gail, Louise, Tracy, Chris, and significant others…quite a crew), and others rode later in the day between and among rain drops (Terry and Louise)…As a final accommodation seven riders met on Sunday and did an abbreviated 60 mileish ride to the top of 46, back to Peachy and Cider Creek and home on River Road.
