Leave Kman at 8 am and head left on El Camino to right on Curbaril to left on Santa Ysabel to right on 41 to left on Templeton Rd all the way to El Pomar, then left on Templeton and straight as it turns into Vineyard and continue all the way to left on 46 to left on Old Creek and down to Cayucos where we can ride through town and see the folks gathering for the 4th of July parade and continue up the coast to Cambria for refreshments then up 46 and home. Approx 70 to 80 ish miles. A shorter option would be to ride with the group to the top of the climb at Old Creek and then turn back home (40ish miles?). Louise will not be riding so enjoy yourselves!!

Run Sunday – Start at 8:00 am in Templeton at the park on the corner of Bethel and Las Tablas.

***K-Man celebrated his 48th by swimming 4800 meters, biking 48 miles and helping with the All Comers Track meets into the 48th hour.
