MWF 6am at the Kennedy Atascadero 50 meter pool. We swim 2400-3000 yards. The hot tub meeting is at 5:45 or even earlier for some.

Bike - June 5, 2010 - Next Saturday's ride: Let's do some hills at York Mt, 46 and Peachy! Leave Kman at 8 am and head left on El Camino to right on Curbaril, left on Santa Ysabel to right on 41, to left on Templeton Road, to El Pomar where we turn left on Templeton Road which then becomes Vineyard and continue straight until left on 46 and ride to York Mt where we will ride to right up Shadow canyon (?) then back to York Mt. proper and finish the climb then go right on 46 to the very top and over to the view overlook where we then turn around and ride back to left on Jack Creek, left on Vineyard, right on Willow to right on Peachy, up and over to Paso and Amsterdam's. Then home options abound for short (River), medium (13th/Niblick/Linne/Geneseo, or long 13th/Golden Hills/Union/Geneseo.

ALL-COMERS TRACK MEETS - Starting Wednesday June 30 the All-Comers Track Meets will start up and run for 5 consecutive Wednesdays. Many of you have volunteered (Mike and Florence Aiello are our star volunteers) and we are hoping you will once again. Please contact Keith or Robyn Schmidt regarding volunteering. You can be in charge of a specific event (training provided) or just come a few Wednesdays and help wherever we need you. We will provide you with a shirt and snacks. The meets go from about 6 pm to 9 pm. the youth at these meets is awesome. Come volunteer, watch and participate!
