The Sixth Annual Koast Ride - 20+ cyclists and support crew enjoyed a great ride with perfect weather. We rode 100 miles from Karmel to Kambria and ended at the Kambria Ale House. See you in 2013.

meet on Sunday, Oct. 21, 2012. Have fun swimming and supporting each

More Swim News - First Place in the whole USA!! Postal 1500 Meter Swim and Trifecta Swim Volunteer Coordinator, Mike Bickel reports that Kman Masters had 100% participation in the Postal Mile which make Kman Masters the Most Enthusiastic Masters Team in the USA. Award Pictures to come. Split Sheets and a summary of annual recorded swims was emailed to all swimmers. Thanks Mike!

Bike News - We are planning a three day bicycle trip to Solvang in July. We leave Atascadero on Friday, July 13 and ride to Solvang (approx. 90 miles). On Saturday, July 14 we will do a ride in the Solvang area and then ride home on Sunday, July 15. This is planned to be a non-SAGed event, all riders will be responsible for bringing what they need for the weekend on their bike. We are planning on staying at the King Frederik Inn. Rooms are hard to come by, however, so if anyone is interested he/she will need to contact that hotel at 805-688-5515 to see if any cancellations have made rooms available or check the surrounding area for rooms. If you are interested in participating in the ride please contact me at lecomar@pacbell.net for more details.
