SWIM - Pam Nargie is back at the Pool!! On November 3rd the morning swimmers are able to sign up as 2009 U.S. Masters Swimmers. span> The swim coaching schedule is always on the blog sidebar. Saturday(October 18) ride: Some FUN options:
-->1) Join the 7th Annual Wine and Roses Bike ride...50 mile, 75 mile and 100 mile routes...registration opens at 6:15am at Templeton Community Park, $50 fee...75 and 100 mile riders are leaving at 7 am while 50 milers leave at 8 am. see http://www.templetonchamber.com/ for details.
-->2) Join Kman riders leaving the Kshop at 8am for a ride out El Camino to Sandoval back to El Camino to Santa Margarita to 58 to right on Parkhill to left on Huerohuero to right on 58 to left on O'donovan to Creston for a stop at the store (30ish) then the choices of home on 229 (50 miles) or add a 35 mile loop of La panza to O'donovan or 45 mile loop to Shandon. Run - Sunday run at
8:30am at the park on the corner of Bethel Rd and Las Tablas in Templeton(map). We will have any distance up through 14 miles.

Congratulations to Chris Stehula, Kelly Dakin, Kass Flaig, Mike Bickel, & Lori Bickel (hope I didn't miss any other K'ers) for a great performance at City to Sea 1/2 Marathon.
