Team Kman is for everyone - beginners to advanced fitness enthusiasts. We celebrate all victories: Here are just a few of those victories:
"I lost over 110 lbs this year!"
"I finished my first 10k!"
"I have gone from a non-swimmer to a masters swimmer in one year!"
"I hadn't ridden a bike until this year and now I am riding 25 miles!"
"I did my first half marathon this year!"
That is to just name a few......Join us!
Membership information can be found at:
http://www.teamkman.org/Membership.html
Possible Date Change for Team Social - We will keep you posted. Our next team social will be the BIG Annual PARTY!! - Team Party at the K-House 6pm. This is for ALL past, current, and future members of Team Kman as well as family members and guests.
Kongratulations to Doug Hicks again -
Doug had another good race, not quite what he wanted but still raced well. He started out by grabbing the lead early but then went down on the muddy and wet course. That dropped him to last place. He worked his way back to second and was gaining when he had another crash. He once again worked his way back up, only lost a couple of places this time. Was gaining on first place when he ran out of race, finished just back in second. But it was enough to keep the overall leader in the race series by 3 points to win the top spot.
