Strawberry Canyon Aquatic Masters Swim Meet is Sunday, March 28, 2010.: A great university pool and facility in Berkeley. A well run swim meet with events for everyone. Short course, yards. Come one, come all!

Bike:
Last week - A gorgeous ride out to Parkfield with lunch provided by the V6 Ranch
•Saturday Ride March 20th - Next Saturday's Ride: Let's ride to the coast! Leave Kman at 8 am and head left on El Camino to right on Curbaril, left on Santa Ysabel to right on 41, to left on Templeton Road, to…left on Templeton Road which then becomes Vineyard and continue straight until left on 46 and ride to York Mt (ride the climb or stay on 46), continue on 46 to left on Old Creek and ride down to Cayucos where we will stop for food and drink then ride north to Cambria for a second stop and then backtrack for the climb up 46 and home. The ride can be shortened by riding to the top of 46 (instead of turning down Old Creek) then back to the shop or riding to the top of the downhill on Old Creek and back to the shop, or riding directly up 46 from the Coast (eliminating a stop in Cambria).
Save the Date - Upcoming Ride: Save April 3, 2010 for a special ride. We will be meeting in Shandon with the Zoo group and riding the Bitterwater Loop of 70 miles which should take us through some wonderful wildflower landscapes. 5:30 pm - Wednesdays. Everyone welcome!
Wednesday night workouts have been most consistently attended by Kim Lacey and Robyn Schmidt. With Wildflower coming up more of you should be out there for some quality workouts. They do not need to be on the track but we meet at the track and sometimes go on the road for these workouts. Next Wednesday we will be starting a new rotation of coaches and workouts designed toward fitness maintenance and/or speed development. Come join us. A coaching schedule will be posted on the Team K-Man website next week.

This Sunday come out and wear your Team K-Man gear at the Wine Country Runs in Paso Robles. Run on your own or with a friend but enjoy your run/walk.

The inaugural Morro Bay Triathlon is June 6th. It's a USAT Sanctioned event with all proceeds going to ECOSLO, an environmental advocacy non-profit here in San Luis Obispo.
