Members finished the sentence: "In 2012..."

This past year, while participating in YSC Tour de Pink's 200 mile bike ride and the SLO 1/2 Marathon, and with the help of awesome Kman Teammates (and others!) we raised over $21,000 for the Paso Robles Cancer Support Community and the Young Survivor Coalition to help make sure no person has to face cancer alone! THANK YOU TEAM KMAN FOR ALL OF YOUR LOVE AND SUPPORT!
Heather Schuum

This past year I enjoyed completing a 300 mile section of the Pacific Crest Trail. And this year looking forward to completing 90 more miles.
Jana Rawister

I didn't quit.  I also started on a recumbent bike.
Cliff Barber

This past year I completed my first Century Ride (Wildflower Century) competed in my first Olympic Triathlon (Wildflower Olympic Distance) and went skydiving!
Matt Hoffman

This past year (2012)…..Jim Patterson and I won first place at "Atascadero's Dancing with Our Stars!"  The event was a hoot!
Jeanne Malik

This past year I swam across Lake Tahoe in a relay for the first time.
Teresa Anderson

This past year my daughter graduated from College and began a new job. I also had a great time with my friends on Team K-man.
Mark Glenesk

This past year was a reminder how delicate life really is. With the loss of two friends close to our family it's no wonder I appreciate all those who throw off the warm covers and trudge out into the dark, one more time, to keep the rest of us sane.
Jeff Weit

This year my goal was to swim over 250 miles and I also got into hiking a bit and hiked supplies into some friends doing the John Muir Trail. Yeah!!!!
Peggy Zappas

This past year (2012) I ran in Bay to Breakers with my 18-year-old son and our story was covered in the Atascadero News!  And I can't resist: This coming year (2013) I am tracking my miles online (digitally) - instead of with a paper calendar and pen!
Kim Lacey

This past year (2012) my wonderful daughter started High School.  She was just 6 pounds last week....
Robyn Schmidt

This past year I completed my first open water swim in a lake and I swam 245.9 miles (my first full year swimming masters!)
Dawn Wilt

This past year(2012) My Wife Sharine and I celebrated our 9 year anniversary, took our bikes to Los Angeles and rode through the city and beach community for 4 days in 90 to 100 degree afternoons, navigating left turns on some roads with 5 lanes in each direction. We played at a Kman social this summer at which our cello player didn't show up. Still to this date, that was the last time the group performed. We have a new band that's called "We Play For Cash". It's a great bunch of guys in their 50's and 60's whom have never been in a band.....ever. We have a ton of fun with these guys 'cuz they will show up....cash or no cash.
Ron and Sharine

As you train keep an accurate record of your miles,  meters, or hours depending on the Challenes you entered. At the beginnning of each month your will receive an email reminding you to report your miles. After the 5th the Challenge Board is updated.

How is the Challenge Level Set?
If you are above the "Challenge Level" line you are "on pace" to receive Award Wear. The Challenge Pace is based on a formula:
Swim: 3.5 miles per week x 85% x 48 weeks
Bike: 45 miles per week x 85% x 48 weeks. (on a trainer or spin class every 15 minutes is 4 miles)
Run/Walk: 12 miles per week x 85% x 48 weeks
Kinetic: 4 hours per week x 85% x 48 weeks (exercise that is not reported in S, B, or R)

On the Challenge Board, what does the "50% of Challenge Level" mean?

MGlenesk is amazing!!! "The smallest good deed is far better than the greatest intention". Good deeds are what make this team so impressive and Mark is a true example of good deeds.
Thanks for all you do.
