Team K-Man News 7/9/10

SWIM - Well she finally made it...Robyn Schmidt came to swim workout on Wednesday. The girls were so very kind and welcoming. "Lori Bickel didn't even sneer at me as she passed me!"

BIKE - For this Saturday, July 10, the Team K-Man ride will be the Pozo Loop. It will start at its usual time and place—8 a.m. at K-Man Cycle and Run in Atascadero—and head south toward Santa Margarita via Viejo Camino, Grandpa’s Pond and El Camino Real. Then it will be east on Highway 58 and Pozo Road over the Rinconada Summit and out to Pozo. From there we will continue to Park Hill Road, looping back around toward Atascadero. Everyone will have their choice of whether to do a shorter ride by returning directly on Park Hill, or to go right on Huer Huero Road and continue toward Creston by way of O’Donovan Road. From Creston, there will be options again, either to return back to Atascadero by way of Creston Road and the Pomar area, or by way of Highways 229 and 58. There should be a route for everyone who participates.
